the inn & suites had a great location, close to many shops and restaurants. the front desk staff was incredibly nice and checked us in quickly. the room was clean and comfortable, and i loved that it was just a few minutes away from some fantastic places to eat.

I had a wonderful stay where the staff went out of their way to ensure I was satisfied, and being just a short walk from the Quincy Museum made my weekend adventures incredibly convenient.

The shower was nice and hot, which was perfect after a long day, and I loved that there were plenty of towels available. Plus, I really enjoyed relaxing in the tub and the comfy bed made for a great night's sleep. It would’ve been nice to get some fresh towels daily, but overall, I had a pleasant stay. 😊

The location offered easy access to nearby attractions. For breakfast, try making your own waffles! Tip, request a non-smoking room for better comfort.

The elevator was out of service, making the trek to the top floor a real hassle. My room had a refrigerator with leftover food, which made it feel neglected, and the carpet had tears that reflected the hotel's aging state. No breakfast was available, contrary to what was expected, as the breakfast room was being used for storage instead. Additionally, the desk chair showed signs of wear, with flaking faux leather, while the mattress kept slipping off the tin base, making for an uncomfortable night's rest. For anyone sensitive to noise, running and playing sounds from above were consistently disruptive, proving a challenge to find peace.
